Bush/Basket (Determinate). Thompson and Morgan Balconi Red Tomato Seeds produce an exceptionally sweet cherry variety with the exciting attribute of being able to trail when grown as a basket plant, one plant filling a 30cm (12in) basket with ease. Extremely decorative as well as productive.

For indoor and outdoor cropping sow spring, 5-7 weeks before planting out date. Requires no side shooting.

Germinate at 20-30C (68-86F) on the surface of a good free draining, damp seed compost. Apply a layer of compost or vermiculite, 6mm (-+in) deep. Place in a propagator or seal container inside a polythene bag until after germination which usually takes 7-14 days.

Feed regularly with tomato liquid feed and keep well watered.
