The AKE30 has a fairly small blade so is limited in what you can use it for. Cutting small branches away from the house it is very useful, the battery seems to last all day. Much easier than starting and stopping my petrol chainsaw, but if I have something meaty to do I use the petrol one. It does clog up behind the chain cover and the chain tightener comes out of its cover, can be pushed back in with a screwdriver.

Fantastic bit of kit, cut up an elm 15 inches thick with ease. Excellent delivery time. Battery still on two lights. Cuts 25 cuts of hard wood excellently. Well done Bosch.
