The Bosch ART 23 Combitrim line trimmer is lightweight and ergonomic and can easily trim or edge. It has a 90° rotating cutter head, perfect handling and height-adjustable telescopic handle giving the user toatal flexabilty.

It is powered by a 400W motor and has a 23cm cutting circle diameter.

Having had a brilliant cheap Black & Decker lawn trimmer for many years it finally packed in. Decided to buy a Bosch (good reputation!). What a joke. This has to be "unfit for purpose". The scoring scale doesn't allow me to put in zero or negative so had to give it one but it doesnt deserve it. It is heavy and very difficult to use for edging lawns. You are more likely to cut into your main lawn rather than the edge. Because it is so thick you cannot get it into awkward places. It doesnt even strim the lawn very well either. It now takes me at least 4 times as long to trim the borders as my original B&D machine and am thinking of trying to repair the old one I am that disgusted with the Bosch one. This machine is similar to a number of other Bosch trimmers so I would avoid all of them.
