The new Bosch Quiet Shredder AXT 22 D is ideal for hardwood branches up to 38mm in diameter. It has a patented fast feed hopper, which has automatic feed that has been developed for high material throughput of up to 180kg/h.
The optimised cutting drum system is quiet and cuts and crushes in one go, producing biologically high-quality shredder material.
The pioneering Bosch Ciso Cordless Battery Secateur is powered by a 3.6v lithium ion battery that will provide up to 40 minutes or 500 cuts when fully charged. It boasts an innovative trigger system that allows one cut per second and a Swiss quality carbon blade for efficient pruning.

| Having had a Bosch shredder with an auger mechanism which was excellent, I find this one disappointing by comparison. Despite constant adjustment of the pressure plate, it has a tendency to chew and crush, rather than shred smaller branches. It is at least quiet and I like having the collection box although this could have been better designed with some guide-rails to make sliding it home more positive. It's "storabilty" is good with the removable hopper.
When I bought it, I got the Bosch secateurs rather than the lopper. I must say, that had I actually purchased these for their full price I would have been returning them for a refund. They have small jaws and are very heavy and no match for a good pair of ratchet secateurs at half their RRP. If they are intended to assist people who find difficulty with operating manual secateurs, then their weight defeats any assistance they might offer. If I was rating them I would give one star. Normally, I am very happy with Bosch garden machinery, but these smack of gimmickry and not much else. |

| I bought this on price alone and found it a great machine it dose what it said on the box.
two words of warning dont let your grandson loose with the free clippers I got with it as you might find you need to buy some new roses
secondly if you use it for wet leaves dont use to many at a time and save some branch material to use after as this will clear and save cutters from clogging if the blades do clog thay are very easy to clear.

| Arrived ontime. quiet but can be a bit unstable when moving ti around. Clogs very easily if the material is green and leafy. Excellent for large branches. |

| Had this machine for 2 hours and ended up taking it back, it has a design flaw with the pressure plate adjuster, do not buy, got the Worx equivalent and although not as nice to look at as the Bosch, you can sense that the money has been spent in the right areas. |
