An early maincrop variety producing large, stump rooted carrots with an exceptional sweet flavour. Delicious eaten raw, boiled or steamed..

Sowing Instructions

Sow outdoors March - June. Sow seeds thinly 1.5cm deep direct in growing bed in rows 6" (15cm) apart. Keep the soil moist, and be careful not to over-water. When large enough to handle thin to 4" (10cm) apart.

Growing Instructions

Carrots do best in a position of full sun in a light sandy soil. Keep well watered in dry conditions. Feed with a liquid fertiliser.

Harvesting Instructions

June - October.
