A traditional variety for successional sowings. A gardeners' favourite for many years.

Uniform green curds with outstanding flavour and unlike white varieties the head doesn't have to be protected to prevent discolouration, making it easier to get good results and quality cauli's.

A Sicillian variety with sweet, crisp and mild tasting heads that will form side shoots for picking once the main head is cut. Great as colourful crudités, the attractive curds turn a vibrant green when cooked.

An improved Armado April type. Shows outstanding winter hardiness and produces well-protected, creamy white heads of good depth and weight. Matures gradually throughout April so extends the harvesting period. RHS AGM winner.

Excellent dual purpose variety, particularly for solid miniature heads when planted closely, or for a snow white larger head at wider spacing. Vigorous, upright habit, producing quality heads which stand well in good condition. Suitable for close spacing to produce miniature heads.

Clubroot Resistant!

The first cauliflower with Clubroot resistance. Clapton is a versatile late summer to late autumn maturing variety, depending on its sowing time.

Produces excellent flavoured quality, uniform, large, solid and deep white heads.

It has taken over 18 years of conventional breeding to develop a variety that can combat the devastating brassica disease Clubroot and this superb variety is the most resistant we have ever grown on our trials.
