It arrived within a few days, box was very bashed about and barely contained the Boot Jack. The screws holding it together were all loose and had to be tightened before I could re-box it and wrap it for my friends. So far it has been very useful, typical british summer + a garden to sort out = muddy boots. Good product, shame about the packaging and could have been checked before it was sent.
