Sowing Instructions
Sow outdoors, March to May.
In a prepared seed bed. Sow thinly in rows 25cm (10") apart. Cover lightly with 1.5cm (0.5") of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Seedlings appear 14-21 days.
Care Instructions
When 7.5-10cm (3-4") tall transplant to final position with 60cm (2ft) between plants and rows. Firm plants in well. Keep moist and weed free.
Harvesting Instructions
February to May. Cut shoots when 15cm (6") long. Pick young shoots regularly to encourage further cropping.
