Product Information
Very quick to grow, producing crops within days, of narrow white stemmed, green leaved shoots with pungent spicy flavour. Great in salads and with egg sandwiches!
Sowing Instructions
Sow indoors, all year round.
On moist compost, blotting op tissue paper. Sow thickly, do not cover with compost. Cover container with paper. Keep moist. For continuous crops sow at approx 2 week intervals.
Care Instructions
Remove cover when seedlings germinate. Keep warm and moist. Sowing to harvest takes up to approx 14 days.
Harvesting Instructions
All year round. Cut with scissors when approx 5cm (2") high. Cress seed may also be sown outdoors in summer, for larger, hotter leaves. Sow cress 3-4 days before mustard if required together.
