Sowing Instructions
Sow outdoors, February to September
In a prepared seed bed. Sow thinly in rows 23cm (9") apart. Cover lightly with 1.5cm (0.5") of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Seedlings appear after 7-14 days. For continuous crops sow every 2-3 weeks.
Care Instructions
Thin as required, up to 5cm (2") apart. Keep moist, dry conditions may cause plants to bolt. Protect early sowings with cloches in cold weather.
Harvesting Instructions
April to October, approx 4-6 weeks from sowing. Sow and harvest little and often to avoid woody roots.
