Quick and easy to grow, a favourite salad garnish that can be sown all year round, and even outside.
Sowing Instructions
Sow indoors, all the year round.
On moist compost, blotting or tissue paper. Sow thickly, do not cover with compost. Cover container with glass or paper and keep moist. For continuous crops sow every week or two.
Care Instructions
Remove cover when seedlings germinate. Keep warm and moist. Sowing to harvest takes approx 9-16 days.
Harvesting Instructions
All year round. Cut with scissors when approx 5cm (2") high. Mustard seed may also be sown outdoors in summer, for larger hotter leaves. Sow mustard 3-4 days after cress if required together.
