Sowing Instructions
Sow outdoors, March to July.
In a prepared seed bed. Sow thinly in rows 23cm (9") apart. Cover lightly with 1.5cm (0.5") of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Seedlings appear after 14-21 days. For continuous crops sow every 2-3 weeks.
Care Instructions
Select onions alternately from the row, leaving approx 2.5cm (1") between bulbs to allow others to fully develop. No further thinning is needed if sown thinly. Keep moist and weed free.
Harvesting Instructions
May to October. In sheltered areas sow Aug-Sept for earl spring harvest.
