XPest-Stop flying insect traps contain powerful ultraviolet bulbs, which attract most flying insects. As the insects approach the light, they are destroyed on contact with the electrical grid surrounding the bulb. This more powerful model has a 15 watt UV bulb so is able to attract insects from a greater distance.
The 15 watt U-shaped bulb emits strong ultraviolet light, which will attract even the larger flies such as bluebottles. and the 1000 volt electrical grid kills insects on contact.
It is ideal for use in conservatories. It also includes a brush for cleaning the grid.
