As a self employed gardener these are the best loppers I've used giving a really neat cut, good reach. One slight problem they're quite heavy if using for long periods.

I spent some time researching the best set of loppers in terms of cutting ability, quality & ease of use. These Felco 22 loppers cover all the bases & make trimming branches in & around our woods so much easier. Cutting ability is second to none, having replaceable blades is a bonus. These are heavy duty with long handles & suit my task - but be aware of this if you are looking for something for lighter work. Thoroughly recommended.

These loppers are certainly not cheap, but if you are serious about gardening or are a professional, they are certainly worth the extra money. All parts are replacable, not that you should need to anyway due to the superb felco construction. When I first thought about buying these, I was put off by the price but then I realised that in the last 3 years I have had as many loppers at about half the price of these. Given that these will last infinetly longer they are well worth the extra money. They literally will cut through any branch that will fit in their jaws, and that you have the power in your arms to cut. The handles will also not bend/ break/ kink like other "top quality" branded loppers. All in I cannot recommend these loppers highly enough.

I thought very hard about spending so much on a pair of loppers when I could have had several sets of cheaper ones for the same cost. However, these are superb. Razor sharp, rigid, big capacity and feel like they will outlast me. They are heavier than the hollow handle types but it shouldn't be a problem unless you do lots of overhead lopping. Expensive yes but worth the money.

Superb I should have bought a pair years ago. Heavy yes but also heavy duty cutting with supreme ease. Do not hesitate buy a pair the price is worth paying for never having a problem pruning.

| I have bought several pairs of loppers before finally purchacing the Felco 22 loppers, all previous pairs either broke or struggled when pruning larger branches. So far the Felco22 loppers have out performed any other product on the market, they are a great addition to any serious gardners tool kit. If you look after these loppers with a regular maintanence routine they will last you a life time. I cannot reccomed them enough. I will never use any other product when it comes to pruning equiptment, they give a very clean cut with minimal effort and they feel like a real serious peice of equiptment in your hands unlike many other brands.
