Who are we?

Dr Greens Hydroponics have been growing since 1995 and can offer you all the knowledge, expertise and equipment you need to get that perfect grow.

We stock a full range of grow equipment including grow lights, grow tents and nutrients.

What is Hydroponics?

Hydroponics is a subset of hydroculture and is a method of growing plants using mineral nutrient solutions, in water, without soil. Hydroponic growing offers many benefits, including faster growth time and, once it is mastered, you can leave your grow room for days at a time and not have to worry about feeding your plants, as your system will do it all for you!

Any item sold by Dr Greens will show a default delivery time of '3-5 Working Days' unless otherwise specified.

Delivery

You must inform us of any damage or shortages within 24hrs of receipt. Any damage to packaging must be noted on the delivery documentation for a claim to be valid.
Delivery Times are estimates only and we will only consider claims for lost items after a period of 21 days (unless stated). We will try to make sure you are contacted if we are not able to dispatch in time to achieve this timescale.
The goods remain the property of Dr Greens Ltd until we have received payment in full.

Dr Greens Hydroponics only ships within the UK Mainland. We do not ship to Non-Mainland addresses (Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles etc..) at present.
- Orders received Monday - Friday before 12pm, will be despatched for 3-5 working day delivery..
- Orders received Friday after 12pm, Saturday and Sunday, will be despatched on Monday for 3-5 working day delivery.
- All orders are sent in plain packaging.
- A signature is required upon delivery.
- Parcels received damaged must be clearly signed damaged on courier paperwork and reported to Dr Greens within 24 hours.

GOVERNING JURISDICTION

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.

VAT

VAT is the UK standard 20%. All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They are inclusive of VAT.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.

Refunds & Returns

You are protected by Distance Selling regulations. These regulations apply to UK "distance sales" (e.g. an internet or phone order that is sent through the post to the end user) and allows you to return goods (at your cost) within the period of 7 days of the sale date and get a full refund for the goods you purchased, provided they are in their original undamaged packaging and the item has not been used or assembled in any way. As soon as you use the goods, these regulations cease to apply unless the goods are defective (within their warranty terms), damaged in transit (notified within 24hrs) or not as described.

Dr Greens shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason under these Terms, Dr Greens only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any alleged defect shall be notified by the Customer to the Dr Greens in 7 days of the delivery of the Goods or Services or in the case of any defect which is not reasonably apparent on inspection in 2 days of the defect coming to the Customer's attention.
Any claim under this condition must be in writing and must contain full details of the claim including the reference numbers of any allegedly defective Goods or Services.

Dr Greens shall be afforded reasonable opportunity and facilities to investigate any claims made under this condition and the Customer shall if so requested in writing by Dr Greens promptly return any Goods or Services the subject of any claim and any packing materials securely packed and paid to the Dr Greens for examination.

Once a grow tent has been taken out of its box we are unable to refund or exchange the item.
