Early variety, producing good yields throughout the summer. Long flat pods slice easily. Toss in butter and serve as a side dish.
Sowing Instructions
May to July outdoors, directly into rich, well prepared soil in a sunny spot. Provide support for climbing habit, either a row or wigwam of 180cm canes or netting. Sow 2 seeds against each cane, 4cm deep.
Growing Instructions
Keep watered, particularly once flowering commences, adding a mulch during hottest, dry periods. Pods grow up to 25cm in length and 21mm width. Can be grown in the greenhouse for earlier crops.
Harvesting Instructions
July to October. Pick pods regularly whilst young for heaviest yields and to extend the season.
