The NEW Hozelock EasyClear 4'n1

For 2006 Hozelock Cyprio have developed an all in one solution for ponds up to 6000 litres. The Hozelock EasyClear 4'n1 in an integrated clearwater fountain and waterfall pump for small to medium sized ponds.

It completely demystifies the science of pond-keeping by combining four functions – a clearwater filtration system, an ultra-violet clarifier, a fountain and waterfall pump – in a single unit.

Requiring only a single power cable, the EasyClear makes the black art of pond management refreshingly simple and will appeal to the small pond owner that is looking for guaranteed clear water and an attractive fountain and/or cascading waterfall.

For 2005 Hozelock Cyprio developed the EasyClear Clearwater and Fountain Pump. The innovative product is the easy way to have a clear and healthy pond and fountain.

The NEW Hozelock Trinamic Filter

The sleekly contoured new Hozelock Trinamic bio-filters are far removed from the old-fashioned cistern tank design of traditional box filters. But the key features lie within, where the first of three filtration processes sees the pond water entering the bio-module at high velocity via oxygenating venturi and filtering through a moving bed of Kaldnes K3 plastic biomedia.

The patented K3 design, which is neutrally buoyant in water, has a very high surface area and promotes the growth of bacteria on the inside and outside of its ‘wheel’ design. The unique moving K3 bed promotes natural selection of ultra-efficient Nitrosomonas bacteria as only the strongest, fastest-acting micro-organisms survive the constant media collisions. This type of bacteria, which breaks lethal ammonia down into nitrite, thrives in an oxygenated dynamic environment.

So efficient is this biological filter that the Trinamic can support up to 20% more fish than other similar sized biofilters – as confirmed in the company’s extensive field trials. The new Hozelock Cyprio Trinamic comes in two sizes – 12500 with 15 litres of Kaldnes K3 (for ponds up to 12,500 litres) and 20000 with 25 litres of K3 (for ponds up to 20,000 litres). The Trinamic also comes as two complete filtration system kits – the 12500+ which includes a Titan 8000 pump and Vorton 18000 UVC; and the 20000+ with a Titan 12000 and Vorton 27000 UVC.
