Had an issue with the wood colour in the photo, the wood used is Eucalyptus Grandis which is a Red Hardwood therefore much darker than indicated in the photograph which was disappointing hence the 4/5. But the build quality is very good and the dimensions are accurate. The online service allowed me to pick a specified day for delivery for a tiny premium and the product arrived when expected. I would be happy to use this company in the future.

Excellent service. Just one minor hitch -there was a small amount of damage to the wood, but as this was not in view once assembled, we did not return it.

Good service and promt delivery. The bench looks wonderful and with a cushion is very comfortable. It is standing up to the atrocious summer weather so far but the test will be how it survives a severe Highland winter! We will let you know.
