Unusual Shaped Salad Potato

This very old variety of maincrop potato is low yielding, and matures late in the season. Thy make excellent salad potatoes with firm waxy pale yellow flesh, which are also good boiled. They should be boiled in their skins which are then easily removed. They retain a superb 'new potato' flavour well into the new year and rarely discolour after cooking.

Increasingly Popular Variety with Red Eyes

These potatoes are a huge cropper and are ideal for storing. Bred from Cara and so has creamy skin and striking bright red eyes. They have a waxy flesh and have good all round disease resistance, although prone to slugs. they are a good all rounder but a particularly good boiling potato.

Drought Resistant Potato

These seed potatoes have white flesh with a soft texture and nice oval tubers with shallow eyes. The Pentland Crown maincrop seed potato yields well on most soils and is fairly drought resistant.

Highly Blight Restistant Variety
