It was a bit daunting when it arrived as there seemed to be a lot of bits and pieces and nuts, washers and screws but I managed to put it together on my own. I have to say though that it is brilliant and looks perfect in my 'Meditteranean' style garden. I would definitely recommend it.

We ordered this chimenea because we wanted something with a pattern rather than plain. We were not disappointed as the grape pattern looks really nice. We assembled it one evening in a relaxed fashion taking about an hour. It was quite easy. We layed out the pieces first and then following the instructions. The allen key and spanner were included in the bag. The only slightly awkward bit was that we had to bend the door handles slightly so that they fitted the lock section. Apparantly this tends to be the case with most chineneas. We tried it out one evening using wood and it gave out a very good heat. It gives off a slight smell the first time because of the paint hardening. Personally, I think that the barbeque grill included is not worth having because it is too close to the food to be able to cook without burning the food. Delivery was excellent - within 2 days of ordering. It is not quite a 5 star because the holes in the castings for the bolts could do with being a little more aligned and the bolts being a little longer. However with care, this is not a problem. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Nearly sent this back when it arrived and I realised I had to put it together. The instructions looked really daunting but actually although it took a while it wasnt difficult at all so that shouldnt put anyone off-if I can do it anyone can! Now its built and in the garden it looks fabulous, the quality is good and I cant wait to give it a try. I orderd on the website and something went wrong with the system as I was paying but the girl on customer service sorted it out and was really friendly and helpful. Delivery was quick so all in all highly recommended. (I would have given 5 stars but it didnt say I had to build it so thats why Ive taken a star off.)
