Bought these for my husband as I already have a pair. Great sizing - warmth (have warn mine without socks even in winter and my feet were really cozy!) Totally waterproof but be careful of mud/stones kicking up and sliding down the tops. Certainly the best dog walking boot for the countryside mud we've been having.

| Have had several pairs of these boots, they are absolutly great, very comfotable and hard wearing as I wear then every day, good sole for extra grip in muddy and wet conditions.

I am now editing my review in light of having worn the boots for a while. I would agree with the reviewers who have highlighted caution regarding hard and slippy surfaces. The boots do not have the grip required for to keep you safe and I too, would urge caution in such circumstances.

An wholly excellent product. Easy on/easy off. Wonderful to use walking the dog throughout the year especially when its wet or snowy under foot. My first pair I accidentally ripped open whilst out, but well worth expense of getting another pair after my ex threw them away in error! All Muckboots products are of excellent quality and sized just right. Would highly recommend to anyone as a practical alternative to other more fashionable brands. Great value for money.

Good fit warm and comfortable, best 'Wellington' boot that I have ever had. However, I urge caution on anyone planning to make a purchase of these as they are highly dangerous when worn on hard, wet surfaces. There is no grip from the tread of the boot whatsoever in spite of the apparent, very rugged and chunky appearance of the outer sole. Wet concrete, flagstones or wood is very likely to bring you down because it is just like walking on black ice. My way of combating this is to move very gingerly with hand grips nearby.

Wonderfully warm and comfortable. Easy to slip on an off, yet secure on the foot. Good grip on mud and wet grass. Only drawback, and why I did not give them an extra star, is that they are lethal on wet stone or concrete and ice. Having borrowed mine, my daughter now wants a pair for Christmas!

Great boots and keep the feet warm on those cold mornings but would definitely not call these boots lightweight!
