	Worked fine keeping the tomatoes warm throughout the cold spring. When switching it on after the summer found the blades would not rotate. Shook and banged it a bit and it worked fine again. Seemed as if the bearings had mis-aligned.

	I would give 5 stars but for one criticism: I hoped that during winter use, the fan would be on all the time, not just when the heater is on.(During the summer the fan alone is available). I regard this as important in order to maintain air circulation in the greenhouse. My old and trusty Findlay Irvine Autoheat has this facility, and luckily some spares are still available. The Parasene is,however much better built, and when I get time, I will modify it myself. I trust the motor will perform 365--- the F. I. does!!!!!!!!

Maintaining Specific Temperatures

The greenhouse heaters are thermostatically controlled, the dial to control the thermostat is marked but the numbers do not relate to specific degrees of temperature.

If you want to maintain a specific temperature then it is best to use a min max thermometer in conjunction with the heater to monitor the temperature and adjust the dial accordingly. The 2kw Parasene heaters will always kick in at 5 degrees Celsius in order to protect from frost and set to the highest setting could achieve 20 degrees.
