The heater was surprisingly large but very impressive and obviously well made. Has worked fautlessly over the last month in my greenhouse maintaining a steady frost free temperature. The fan which is not exactly quiet can be set to run continuosly to ensure a good airflow. I trust the fan bearings are up to it. So far so good.

I am using it to heat a 25 x 17.5 feet Janssen professional greenhouse in which I have a covered heated endless swimming pool. The greenhouse has bubble wrap insulation for the winter. Before I had the heater the night air temperature was falling to zero C when the external temperature was around -5C. I have only been using it a short while now and its not been the coldest winter (even on the Pennines) but the heater has been doing an excellent job. It is very quiet when running. It was easy to set the thermostat to achieve the level I wanted which is for the air temperature not to drop below 10C. I wondered if given the size of my greenhouse the heater would struggle but it seems to have achieved this easily using the 2.8KW setting with the thermostat set at 4.5. It does not seem to have had to run for lengthy periods to maintain the temperature. The heat it produces is deceptive as the air does not seem particulary hot as it comes out but the overall temperature soon rises and you don't seem to get the peaks and troughs of some fan heaters. I have the min-max thermometer at the opposite end of the greenhouse from the heater. Both are at floor level. So the heat distribution really does seem very good. I would definitely recommend it even in bigger greenhouses than suggested by the manufacturers.

Not really had very cold weather to fully test the heater but it has kept the greenhouse frost free so far when set to 1.8kw. The fan is quiet and it seems to be good at controlling the temperature without constantly switching on and off.

The heater is robust, efficient and is currently working extremely well in my greenhouse.

Very good. Our greenhouse was kept at a stable temperature. There was much less variation in temperature than with our previous propane greenhouse heater. By using the 'fan only' setting during the warmer weather we kept fungal disease to a minimum.

Not yet used the heating setting but the fan for circulating the air works well. Prompt delivery, will certainly use garden4less again.

I used to use a gas heater and swapped to this heater just before we got the cold winter. It takes a bit of fine tuning to get the temperature to suit but it was a godsend. My tender bonsai happily went through the winter (and minus 17 degrees) and the air circulation in the hot early part of the year as been equally as good. If you are wondering whether to buy this or not then buy it - you wont be disappointed
