Product Description

The Sonic Mole Repeller is solar powered and functions by discharging a sonic pulse into the surrounding earth every 50 seconds. This continuous disturbance within its territory repels the mole without harming it and eventually it is forced to seek a new habitat for it's tunnelling.

For larger, or irregular shaped gardens more than one unit may be required. The Solar Powered Sonic Mole Spike has a built-in solar rechargeable power-pack which enables it to work continuously, including over night and in poor light conditions.

The head is made from durable plastic this combined with over a foots worth of spike makes the product able to withstand a mower riding over it, ensuring that it's pushed down far enough. The simple button push makes switching the device on and off so easy.

This device is suitable for all weather conditions and is safe for wildlife and pets.

Facts About Moles

Tick A moles favourite food is worms, and they must eat 200 a day just to survive.

Tick Moles can produce as many as 1.5 hills a day, each with roughly 5 litres of loose soil.

Tick Males and females live separately most of the year; but in breeding season males dig over large areas in search of a mate.

Tick Moles can create 20 meters of fresh tunnels every day.

Tick Moles are common to mainland Britain, particularly areas of permanent grassland such as private lawns, golf courses, parks and playing fields.

Tick Moles have a highly developed sense of touch and hearing.

Tick Breeding season is from February to June each year, and their litter leaves the nest after only 5 weeks, infesting more gardens.

Tick Moles often damage the roots of plants and seedlings whilst digging causing them to wither and die.

Tick Mole hills can cause damage to garden machinery such as lawn mowers.
