Hozelock Water Butt Pump - 2826.

This submersible water butt pump is ideal for pumping from a water butt directly to water plants in the garden (compatible with Hozelock Automatic Watering Systems). Can also be used to drain ponds and small swimming pools. Its integral easy clean filter also prevents damage from dirty water.

Running a Hosepipe
The pump will provide enough pressure to run a hosepipe with a spray gun attached.

Running an Automatic Watering System
This pump is ideal for running a Hozelock watering system from a water butt. The pressure regulator provided with the Hozelock watering system will screw directly onto the water butt pump and no additional parts are needed. We ran tests on a similar pump and it successfully ran our test watering system with great results.

	Cracking device, self priming, only two critisims: 1) it has no anti-syphon protection so if you use a standard watering kit with this, it will syphon your tank dry overnight unless you put in an air-stop hole with a bit of watering tube - instructions from hozelock if you phone them. 2) There is no pressure switch on it, so if you hook it up to a hoze with a trigger it will get upset if you dont hold the trigger down- Hozelock tell me the next version will have a pressure switch, so will switch off when not needed 8-).. great start to being green though.
