Surprisingly worth it!!
I Q with lump wood so was a bit miffed at losing the temperature in the Weber kettle (coals were falling through the grate!!) so, with much doubt in my mind, I quite literally decided to burn money!
I'm glad I did!! I've cut down on the amount of fuel I'm burning through and can maintain nice low temperatures for ribs and brisket.
I'm happy to make a public apology to Weber for doubting this product, and, recommend this for anyone who likes to cook joints and ribs...anything slow and low!! |

| Very simple BBQ device, but terrific to use, holds just the right amount of briquettes, saving on waste, can be used for indirect or direct cooking on kettle BBQs. |
