| The instructions said to cook the food with the lid on and the bottom vents fully open. Well I'm not convinced and everyone complained about how smoky the food tasted. I defended my technique, but they were right, it tasted like smoke. Tried that technique a few more times and concluded it's a pants method. The way to go is briquettes for a more gentle heat and less flaming up, bottom vents 1/3 open, top off and BBQ away. Now I've got the hang of this BBQ it's great and we use it every week. It's seems very well built and to me, a bargain at the price. Everyone says this model lasts for years even when left outside and uncovered as mine will. Time will tell. So far though, very good. |

| This Weber kettle barbeque is fabulous. Legendary good quality & built to last - we had our previous Weber for over 20 years & it has now been handed down to our Son!
The one-touch system is much easier to use than the three vent system on the standard Weber. This is great value form Garden4less. Rob. |

| Great grill. Was recommended this rather than the shallower version by a mate who knows about these things. Have been merrily grilling, rain or shine thanks to the cover. Food tastes fantastic, easy to cook well and great smoky flavour. Burgers especially are fantastically better cooked on this than any other way.
I recommend briquettes (not lumpwood) and a charcoal lighting chimney which guarantees a perfect pile of hot coals every time in a predictable 20-30 mins. Just the right time to get all the food ready to grill! |

| First class product, delivered promptly. Does need some DIY skill to assemble. I found that a little high temperature grease made it easier. |
