Product Information
Nodding heads of pink to purple flowers are a delight in the summer border, each comprising of twenty five or more delicate little pendant bells. Only to be replaced by exquisite seed heads.
Sowing Instructions
Sow indoors, January to March, in individual pots, or trays of seed compost. Sow thinly, cover with a fine layer of compost. Cover with glass, polythene or propagator lid and keep at approx 15-20 degrees C (60-68F). Firm gently and keep moist, seedlings appear in 14-35 days. If germination has not started, transfer to the refrigerator for 2 weeks before returning to the warmth to trigger the germination process.
Care Instructions
Remove cover when seedlings appear and grow on at approx 13-15 degrees C (55-60 degrees F). When large enough transplant singly to 7.5cm (3") pots. Transplant 20cm (8") apart in flowering position in September to October. Keep moist and weed free.
