Product Information
A lovely mixture of these two 'frilly' leaved lettuces. Pick individual leaves as required allowing plants to regrow or pick whole heads. Ideal for sowing throughout the summer as plants are slow to bolt.
Sowing Instructions
Sow outdoors, March to July, August for 'baby' leaves. In a prepared seed bed. Sow thinly in rows 25cm (10") apart. Cover with 1.5cm (0.5") of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. For continuous crops sow every 2-3 weeks.
Care Instructions
When large enough thin out to 25cm (8") apart for mature leaves or 5cm (2") apart for baby leaves. Baby leaf crops can also be sown in patio pots. Keep moist and weed free.
Harvesting Instructions
April to October. For individual baby leaves pick as required and plants will regrow for a further 4 cuts. Pick whole heads from May.
