The oven has a dual chambered design that directs heat from the fire chamber around the cooking chamber, providing consistent and even temperature for optimal cooking. The convection controlled cooking chamber has multiple racks, allowing you to cook several dishes at once.
The oven is solidly built, using 2.5mm of 304 and 441 stainless steel, reinforced with a 5mm corten steel panel and heavy-duty cast iron doors. This provides you with years of durable, rust-free performance.
A full 12cm of insulation surrounds the cooking chamber to maximize heat retention and cooking efficiency. The oven is well insulated, meaning the exterior is safe to the touch while at cooking temperature.
The oven includes a stainless steel chimney damper and a sliding cooking chamber damper, for maximum heat retention and precise temperature control.
