This Fontana Ischia Wood Pizza Oven is a fantastic looking outdoor oven that can cook pizza, bread and other foods to perfection. The oven has a spacious 60x40cm cooking chamber (with a closing door), made of stainless steel and with natural rock wool to help withstand, and maintain, high cooking temperatures, for the perfect cooking results.
This Ischia has an attractive dome shape - back-to-back and side-to-side - which is designed to eliminate hot spots and ensure uniform heat distribution. This design allows smoke to exit even when the door is closed, for maximum heat retention and consistent cooking temperatures.
The oven comes with a practical painted steel trolley with wheels, allowing you to make convivial moments even more enjoyable on trips out of town, camping or simply to move to the sunniest part of the garden!
The Ischia comes with a wood-holder plate, flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top.
