Product Description
It can be used either way up, use dark side up for hiding unsightly soil spillage and discouraging algae growth or the white side up to reflect more light which can be beneficial when growing light sensitive plants.
A 3mm thick non-toxic, cotton/polyester material with a water holding capacity of approximately 5 pints per square yard, with a capillary lift of about 10cms means it can draw water up from a reservoir.
This mat can be watered by hand or can be used with a Water Reservoir attached to your benching or shelves for a more constant watering.
