At Garden4less, we don't believe you should only be able to contact us by email and we know nobody likes talking to a machine. That's why our telephones are manned 7 days a week, 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and 10:00am to 4:00pm on a Saturday & Sunday.

During office hours, we also have a Live Chat function. A pop up will appear on the screen when you visit our website, where you can chat to a real member of staff through the magic of your keyboard.

However large or small the query, there is a polite and knowledgeable member of the Garden4less team happy to help you anyway they can. If you have a problem with your order and you would like to discuss this with us, we are happy to take your call, which will be dealt with as efficiently and effectively as possible.

We are happy to take orders over the phone, regardless of the value, and the price charged will be the price on the website. Like you we are not a fan of hidden administration charges.
