At Garden4Less, we pride ourselves on customer service. Before and after you have made your purchase with us, regardless of cost, we will do everything in our power to make sure your experience with us is a good one.

We aim to give our customers as much information about a product as possible on our website. Many of our garden machinery item descriptions include downloadable user manuals, as well as information about the power, features and benefits that they can have to you as a customer. However, if there's ever a question about a product which isn't answered on our site, you can call us directly to speak with an expert who will be able to give you an answer. If we're unsure, we will contact the supplier directly to get the answer for you.

Delivery Options

Almost all of our garden power tools come with free delivery and we aim to get your purchases with you within three working days. If you require a next-day delivery, call us to ask if it is available for that particular product. Due to certain items being sent from other merchants and not directly from our own warehouse, this is not always possible.

Our items are packaged to a high standard to minimise the risk of damages, but in the event that an item is damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement as soon as possible.

Refunds & Returns

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 14 day cooling-off period to send the item(s) back to us for a full refund or exchange.
If you think that your purchase could be faulty, you can call us within 30 days to arrange an exchange or refund, in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
