A Thompson & Morgan reintroduction from 30 years ago. A real eye-catcher. A decorative plant for the vegetable plot as well as the flower bed. Very early to mature and will continue to set pods profusely throughout the summer. The delicious pods turn an appetising green colour when steamed.

Young pods can be sliced when green and used as fresh beans or when mature, shelled and dried. Highly colourful, long flat and stringless pods on vigorous plants with a resistance to Bean Common Mosaic Virus.

Vigorous plants produce healthy and large crops of tasty dark green 25cm (10") long beans. Plants show good resistance to Rust, Bean Common Mosaic Virus and Anthracnose.

Superb, vigorous, early maturing climber that yields masses of long, round podded beans with excellent flavour. Dark green pods are approx. 6in/15cm in length, and if picked regularly will keep producing throughout the season.

Colourful and decorative, the superb flavour is said to be enhanced by the striking colour. The heavy cropping beans are slender and fine, growing up to 6-8in (15-20cm) long while maintaining their tenderness and taste. Pods turn a deep green when cooked.

Delicious bunches of stringless, purple, round/oval fleshy pods up to 27cm (11in) in length over a long harvest period. A multi-purpose Italian speciality, either for fresh young pods as flageolets (semi-mature pods with succulent seeds) or more usually as haricots (full mature pods with ripe seeds). Spectacular, flattish, pale green pods are heavily splashed with reddish streaks which disappear on cooking.

Very early to crop, with a long harvest period and decorative mauve flowers. Producing a huge harvest of superb flavoured, long, fleshy, round, mid-green stringless pods that are slow to develop seeds. Its semi-climbing, less vigorous habit makes it ideal for growing under glass for the earliest crops.

Delicious, fleshy bright yellow broad, flat podded, stringless waxpod, 25cm (10 inches) long and 25mm (1 inch) wide. Good early plant vigour and early to pod continuing throughout the summer. Decorative in both flower and vegetable gardens. *CBMV resistant.
