A 'sugary enhanced' variety of fast growing, long sweet cobs with good tolerance of common rust which helps to keep plants healthy, particularly in wet summers.

A high quality, 'synergistic' type naturally bred to give exceptionally sweet and mouth-wateringly tender kernels. Drenched in butter, the large creamy white cobs are perfect for long term storage, retaining much of the sweetness and flavour.

This variety is an 'extra tender' type which means it makes great eating with sweet, juicy, tender kernels which fill the cobs. For the very best corn always pick just before you want to eat it.

A mid-season supersweet type, which produces large cobs of 20-23cm (8-9in) long, filled to the tip with 12-14 rows of delicious kernels with a delicious sugar-sweet flavour. Vigorous plants give impressive crops.

At harvest time its twice as sweet as other varieties. Instead of the sweetness and flavour deteriorating as in other sweet normal varieties, it has a rich sugary flavour and is easy to grow. To ensure maximum sweetness do not grow near ordinary varieties.

A Tendersweet variety giving superior sweetness with a softer, less chewy texture than Supersweets, making kernels more pleasurable to eat as well as easier to digest. Improved germination adds to the appeal. Can be also grown with other varieties, no need to isolate. Requires a fertile soil in a sunny position.

Later maturing well adapted to our indifferent summer weather. Strong growing plants 210cm (7ft) tall, with very few tillers (sideshoots), averaging three, 20cm (8in) long cobs per plant, each with 14-18 rows of kernels full to the tip. Superb eating quality!

Supersweet

Regarded as one of the most delicious sweetcorn series available. Strong plants produce succulent 20cm (8in) cobs with extra tender, sweet, golden-yellow kernels (and an occasional white kernel) giving instant eye-appeal. Juicy and tender if eaten raw or delicious for corn on the cob cooked in the normal way.

Tendersweet. Superior in both taste and texture, quicker to germinate and better vigour than other varieties. Produces 2-3, 18cm (7.5in) cobs per plant, each with 16-18 rows of bright yellow tender sweet kernels. Flavour guide: rich and sugar-sweet. Long lasting flavour. Easy to grow. Isolation from other sweetcorn varieties not required.

Supersweet.

Strong growing plants with a vigorous root system, that are early to cob with good weight cobs averaging two per plant. Sweetcorn Rising Sun is a reliable performer in our often indifferent British summers. Requires a fertile soil in a sunny position.

A breeding breakthough in 'baby corn' has produced this superb white variety, being much earlier to crop with the most tender and delicious 'baby corns'. Sweetcorn Snobaby is tasty in oriental cooking, casseroles, stir fries, salads or a steamed vegetable.
