A selection of 'wild' rocket, picked for its long season and vigorous, erect leaves that have an excellent flavour and attractive appearance. The tangy leaves add pizzazz to everyday salads, are delicious wilted into such dishes as pastas or risottos and are great in sauces and pestos.

Quick and easy to grow. These attractive and nutritious leaves have varying degrees of 'bite'. The fabulous peppery taste is a must in salads, alone or with other leaves.

Vigorous plants with large, semi-rounded leaves in loose rosettes. They have a soft texture and a delicate, distinctive flavour, generally eaten in salads and as a tasty substitute to spinach.

Combines the speed of Salad Rocket and the flavour of Wild Rocket. An upright habit, so keeps the attractive serrated leaves clean and disease free. Pungency increases as the plants develop. Best cut as small leaves. Slow to bolt.

A little known but very useful salad plant which can be used raw in salads or cooked lightly when it makes a delicious spinach substitute. Late summer sowings will carry on cropping into the winter if the plants are protected by cloches.

An alternative to the usual Rocket, with deep green, serrated foliage that makes an attractive garnish. Wild Rocket has a stronger flavour than standard Rocket, and the young leaves can be picked in succession and are perfect for salads. Easy to grow. Height 15-20cm (6-8in), prostrate habit.
