Hartman is one of our best selling brands of garden furniture, and it is easy to see why. Comfort, design and quality are at its heart, and it has styles to suit every garden, big or small.
With over 50 years of experience, Hartman specialises in making beautiful garden furniture that is durable and at the highest quality. It has gained renown for its weave and aluminium lounge and dining sets, with rope and wood-effect frames also gaining popularity. Whether you prefer a corner set, lounge, bistro, dining set or recliner, Hartman has the perfect set for you.
Warranty
All of its sets are covered by generous warranties, giving you peace of mind. Weave and aluminium framed sets come with 3 year manufacturer warranties, while the cast aluminium sets have 5 years. Cushion and textile components, meanwhile, are covered by a 1 year warranty.
Weatherready
One of Hartman’s key selling points is that the majority of the cushions on its sets are weatherproof and can be left outside all summer season. Utilizing Weatherready technology, these cushions will repel water during light showers, and let water flow straight through them in heavier downpours, so can be quickly be used again after it rains.
Cast aluminium
Weatherready cushions feature on Hartman’s cast aluminium sets, which is arguably Hartman’s most popular type of furniture. The Amalfi, Capri and Berkeley ranges have been best sellers for many years, with their beautiful patterned chair and table designs, large choice of sizes and colours, comfort and durability being highly appealing.
These have been joined this year by the Avebury range, which has an elegant marquise patterned frame.
Aluminium
The brand also has some popular aluminium framed sets including the Rio, which has thick lounge cushions and textilene dining seating, in a contemporary light grey tone. This ranges comes with Tuscan Ceramic Glass table tops, a stylish scratch and heat resistant glass that is tempered for safety and resistant to all weather conditions. Other lines with this type of table top include the Aries.
Folie foil
Another type of table top that Hartman is increasingly using is wood effect aluminium. New collections to have this are the Sonas and Sahara, benefiting from a natural look that us also durable.
The wood effect is achieved by wrapping the aluminium with a Folie foil in a wood effect pattern, creating durability and a colour that will not fade over time. The Sahara not only has a Folie table top, but also a full covering of the Folie foil on its frame, for a wood frame finish without the maintenance.
Rope
Hartman has also expanded its aluminium lines to include Rope framed garden furniture. This includes the best selling Eden range, with its rope frame topped with thick cushions and wood effect table tops.
Other rope ranges include the geometric rope framed Aries and the bucket seated Portico, while new this year is the rope backed Alora with high arm seating.
Weave
Moving on to Hartman’s traditional Weave garden furniture, the company produces a number of collections that are made from synthetic resin, with beneficial weather resistant properties. This includes the popular Eton range, made with a Beech toned weave and a textured oatmeal fabric.
Other Hartman weave ranges include the Rayo, which has a minimalistic tube frame, and the new Arley, with high arm seating and driftwood effect tabletops.
Gaming tables
A new area that is growing for Hartman is gaming garden furniture sets. This started with the Crucible table set that has become a best seller. Providing a stylish dining space on the one hand, the table can quickly be turned into an entertaining pool table.
This year also sees the launch of the Toca range of football table sets, further expanding gaming opportunities in the garden.
With so many ranges to choose from, there is bound to be one to suit your garden.
