The Asher is made from durable aluminium topped with weatherproof cushions, in a contemporary dark grey colourway that is suitable for most garden settings.

The set comes with a height adjustable table that is designed for both informal coffee mornings and more formal dining. It has a smooth, gas pump-operated adjustable table height with the Easy Adjust hand lever. A folie imitation wooden table top completes the look, which is both durable and eye catching.

Folie Table Top

The table and chair arms on this set have a wood effect Folie top, which offers a beautiful wood look without the maintenance. Folie table tops are in fact made from aluminium; a powder coating is applied to the aluminium before foiling, giving extra durability. It is scratch resistant, heat resistant and easy to clean. A stunning low maintenance alternative to wood that is perfect for everyday use.

Weatherready Cushions

This Hartman garden furniture set comes complete with innovative Weatherready cushions. Manufactured using special microfibre all-weather fabric, these cushions will repel water during light showers, and let water flow straight through them in heavier downpours.

They utilise a clever system of perforated material wrapped around rapid-dry foam, allowing water to permeate through the cushion and then dry naturally - no harm done. As well as being stylish and comfortable, these cushions are also moisture, mildew and UV resistant. They can be stored outside all summer long, ready to be used quickly and conveniently, as and when they're needed.

Care & Maintenance

Thanks to the robust materials that this Hartman set is made from, it is highly weather resistant and easy to keep in fantastic condition. The frame, being made from aluminium, will generally only need a wipe down from time to time, ideally at the stand and end of the summer season.

When cleaning the frame, simply use a cloth and some warm, soapy water. It is better to use non-foaming soap where possible as this will not leave behind any soapy residue that could attract dirt going forward. Corrosive stains such as bird dropping and tree sap should be cleaned off as soon as possible.

The Weatherready cushions are hard-wearing and easy to clean. In the event of spillages and stains, simple wipe with warm soapy water and a cloth. Again, non-foaming soap is preferable where possible. Although these cushions are designed to be left out even in poor weather conditions, we would recommend storing them away somewhere dry during winter months to keep them in the best possible condition.
