Nutley's 22mm Compost Plug Pellets - Pack of 20
Product Code : LBS18P2 Barcode : 5060300560494
Brief Description
PROFESSIONAL: Jiffy plug pellets were created for professional nurseries to give seedlings and cuttings the perfect balance of nutrients they need to grow.
HOW TO USE: To use, just add water and they will swell to size. Peat free, you can use them in plant pots and propagators. When the roots have formed, you can then transplant the whole seedling and its compost into its next home without any root disturbance.
MESH COATING: Each pellet is contained within a very fine mesh to hold it all together. This means you can also use them side by side in a seed tray and treat them like their own little plant pots. If you remove the mesh once the pellets have swollen to size, then you can blend them together to create the perfect compost for a seed tray or pots.
GENUINE BRAND: These are genuine Jiffy pellets and are available in three sizes: 22mm, 30mm and 42mm.
MEASUREMENTS: The largest of the pellets, the 42mm, has a diameter of 42mm when dry. When water is added, it will swell to approximately 42mm wide and 43mm high.
