This multispecies Camera Nest Box is adaptable to allow the most fantastic sharp images of wild birds nesting. The heavy duty hole protector prevents predator damage by Squirrels and Woodpeckers.

The box is made from durable FSC timber and has a hinged easy access to the camera unit, without disturbing the birds and is convertible to different species:-

With copper hole protector on: Bluetit, Marsh Tit, Coal Tit or Wren.
With copper hole protector off: Great Tit, Sparrow etc.
With panel removed: Robin, Wagtail or Spotted Flycatcher.

This box includes a black and white camera that will give sharp black and white images.

Set Up / Adjustment

All units are checked and pre-focussed before despatch.

Black & White/Infared Camera

This camera will give sharp black and white images with its built in infared lights.
The camera has adjustable focus
The black lead will fit into the trnasformer unit provided and the yellow leads go into the monitor screen/tv or video.
Importantly, the solid hinged lid allows access to the camera unit without affecting the nesting birds.
The high quality power/picture leads provide interference free viewing

Site within 16 meters of power supply and face the box between North and South East.


Clean box annully between September and December. Durable timber will not normally need treatment, but if necessary, use water based exterior finish.
